Well, i joined canoeing.
So, Every Wednesday is the LAND training not WATER training(:
Yeah, after that 2.8 km run then i did some push-up, actually... not some, is A-lot*!
Forget it,i have lost of count anwyay.
Then coach asked us to do that streching thingy, not sure whats that called, but will find out(:
So, 500 metre. My timing was 2.07. I suppose for Jarret to bet me, but he did not want to. WHAT A WASTE!
He said,'try me next week'
LOL! I don mind because i am all prepared for him to bet me, thats what i have been waiting for to see.
Well, after training,we suppose to go back home(Obviously)
but it rained. Heavily rained.
So i stayed in school.
Did my homework with my friend-Haafiqah.
We have lots of fun togother but still managed to finish our homework=p
After that, seniors was released,LOL! Didnt expect that.
so, I remember Benjamin shouted there is a rainboow.
As myself loves rainbow(:

The Japan Trip

Well, i went to Japan on the 27th of december. But i was late to put out my pictures on my blog... so, sorry for the late updates.(LOL!) well, first of all...it was pretty much fun to Japan(: secondly, it was awesome* to met my godmother's friend there(: - Auntie Affefa and Uncle Paul. Thirdly,i have buildup my relationship with my extended family and my family.

we are on the way to airport, siting in my aunt's car, feeling weird... i guess its sadness?i felt like crying...i have a feeling,as if im leaving my friend forever and ever...i know-> -.-! Haha(: im always like that...

then reached airport,

waited for my godparents.

and there they came...

we checked in,

got into the plane,

sitted for7hours-.-

andwe FINALLY arrived to Japan!

we took another 4 hours of bus to our restord hotel.

we went straight for ski when we reached.

ski for 2hours and walked back to my resord hotel.

one night in my aunt's room-seven 11(: LOL

same to the next day-ski for the half of the day,

and the nxt,and the next, and the next(:

Finally,the last day of the week...

we spent some time in one room to share our feeling towards each other, my godmother wanted to know-.-''!
then,we went for hot spring.

after then, we brought all our things down to the lobby to wait there.

then till 3a.m...

took bus to airport.

God's mother wedding

12th of December,

Ha! Today is a very special day for me... As it was my God's mother wedding. The other God sister and i were the flower girl-.-'! Know whats that means? I have to wear a dress...XP-..-''! Thats is so out of the way... but, i was excited on that day!! Not because im got to wore that dress but because of my hair(: I will be putting my hair extention... Lol, i know it's lame, but it's quite cool!(:And the hair-atrists was straighting my hair!!! Whao... that's is SOOOOO COOl!@@! I have a good sleep the day before, but my aunt was'nt... Not sure she was too nevours or excited... Till 3am then sleep... -.-''! I will be half-dead if i do sleep at 3am. My another aunt... 5AM then sleep... -.-''! Don really understadn why they cant get into sleep, lol! So... woke up and dress up and off we out to my God's mother house. Okay... Anyone is make-up-ing... So... i let the others first, i will wait till the last... At first, it was actually my turn, lol, i went to hide... suddenly, here came uncle Gary-.-! He said ," Go Jeyna, we are late for the Photo taking...! " -..-''! Im like, ...(dots) ----- What an excuse-.-''!

So, yeah, wore my dress...-.-''! Yuck! Put on my make-up, (OH-MY-GOODNESS),wore my white shoe(short of like high-heels shoe-;;;''!) then off we got into the Car((: A very cOOl Car****!LIMOUSINES!!!! (: We went to Sentosa... Then Rest at my Godmother's Room, i slept... -.-'! Then have to put on make-up again because i rubbed away-.-! LOL. (: Uncle Danny help me to put on the lip gloss is too much... //Way much! Make it tooo shiny... You cant see my face clearly but mu lip is Shiny red for miles. Haha! i think because, he knew i don like it, so he put so much for me-.-! My goodness... then when i eat and drink during my dinner,it all came off(:(: MUChahahah!!!... lol. Then, there is dancing... All the adults is dancing... They enjoyed(: It was'nt my song,my type, so, i sat there and watch and go out to have some fruits and drinks... Took alots of Pictures while waiting for the time to past... After the whole thing, marcus,guma and i went back to the hotel to wash-up and sleep. The rest went to my Godmother's house to spend time. Lol. Till morning... Between 3-5am...

My-Gosh! I don think i still can do it... i have been keeping fit these days... Man... It's difficult...I have to lose weight until the 12th of December, because that's an important day!!! Where anybody will be around, looking to you... -.-''! I REALLY-HAVE-TO-LOSE-WEIGHT!!! Man, Now, everday... wake up in the morning at 8.00am have a cup of milo to get me energy and get really to leave. Leave house for basketball at 8.30am in my friend's condo. There is a basketball cournt there,but it's half. LOL!(: Then play till 10am or 10.30am. Wow... Its really very tired... -.-''! HOw lehh? Have to lose weight mahh... Then buy a milk tea for breakfast, that all for breakfast!!!=..=''! Then have my pear before my tuition, then have my bread for lunch with a huge cup for water!!!<<< Thats for my lunch only... Then do my stuff... I am going to jog for maybe 1.6km at the stadium then walk back home(: Then wanting to have a huge cup of water again to full my stomach. Untill 6.30 or 7pm then have my dinner. I'm back again in Singapore... Feelings is sooo different. Much better in Malaysia!(: There is at least some one to talk to me(: Like, my cousinz... They are all veryyy special to me(: I love them alots. My aunt(Malaysia aunt), brought my home first to drop my bags. Then, she wanted to go for shopping around Singapore, so, as i have live in singapore more than 1 years, i was the, so called "tour guide" to them((: Haha. Honestly, I was'nt really* sure about singapore road... An excuse will be i stay at home for most of the times(: LOL. Onyeah! I started liking to say the word " LOL" when i was in Malaysia. I don know why lehh? Haha, words are just coming towards me!~ LOL.

I brought them to VivoCIty first because thats was the nearest shopping centre, then, to plaza Singapura. I have not idea where it was at first, so my aunt decided to call for taxi. We were waiting for bus(at first)*, but when we saw there was no bus that will drop us at plaza Singapura, then we call for taxi. My aunt waves at one of the taxi which is coming to her direction, don't know what happened, two taxi is coming!! She was like, " huh? Did i called both?(in chines) lol, i laughed straight away when i heard that! Hahhahh!... We took the first one and there is another person who took the second taxi, when we went up to the taxi, i was like,"phew! lucky!" You now why? Because they is a lots of people there who is looking at us and if there is no one to take the second taxi, that taxi driver will sure to be mad. lol. Then, the taxi driver asked," where do you want to go,miss?" My aunt was like," singapore plaza" then looked away. Then, no one is speaking, no voice, then he was like, " huh? since when singapore have a "Singapore plaza"?" He looked at us, then followed by." are you saying the one in orchard?" Then, all of us were like,"Ya,ya ya!" while nodding our head. Then his face looked like, want to laugh but then don wnat to laugh, " Ohhh.... is PLAZA SINGAPURA!" my aunt, cousin joe yee and i laughed together and cousin joe vin was like half-smile. LOLLLLLSSSSS! That's was so embarrassed!!!!

So, we went there, then to "TAkA" then went home. I went back to mu house and MY aunt's famaily go back to JB. Haiz... what a wonderful day-spent with them!(: I was so sad when i was actually* going to leave them. SobSob... Remember i said, i took loads&loads of pictures in my grandmother's house and on her birthday and at my aunt's house? 21th is the day my grandmother birthday, but i will not be malaysia on that day, so we celebrate her birthday yesterday, we brought a brithday cake for her, sang a song for her, Yeah, guess thats the only birthday i had spent with her!(: She looked very happy. The next day, have to pack my stuff and my aunt's family and i are leaving for JB. I will be back to Singapore one day early, because i did not plan to go to my cousins house to stay. Well, Im still in malaysia of course(: I have just cut my hair short. WHOA! That shop have a male helper, Man! My cousin is going there to cut her hair again, i will be following too! ^^'' You should know why? Haha, Yeah. Wanna see him again. Wah... Finally reached Malaysia, the feeling of siting in the bus for almost 3-4 hours is so bored... Wah... Tuas Incineration plant

Let's skip back. I mean way back. This is realy funny(: Okay, you see, the title, "Tuas incineration Plant" So... At first, i really thought that is was a plant visit or something about plant. Then my class was talking about it, they were saying that it will be smelly... Then i started to confused... A plant visit will smell? Never ever heard of taht before. So, i decided to ask Mahirah for sme information.

"Mahirah, why will a plant visit be smelly?" I asked with confusion. She looked at me with a face full of question marks.

"Huh? what you mean? We are going to see how the rubbish is being burned..."

It was bulit in 1986, Tuas incineration PLant (TIP) was the seond refuse incineration plant to be built in Singapore. There is actually 4 incineration plant altogether in Singapore, it helps SIngapore to handle the disposal needs.The plant was constructed at an approximated Cost of S$200 million and sits on 6.3 ha of rclaimed land.

+Refuse Incineration Process+

1)Rfuse collection vehicles will weighed the colelction of rubbish at the weighbridges before driving it in to the reception hall.

2)Refuse from the bunker is fed to teh incinerators using 3 refuse cranes. The Foul smell are prevented from escaping by keeping the bunker at subatmospheric pressure.

3)The so called " dark smoke" will be passes through the treatmeant plant to remove pollutants so that it will not affect the enviroment when it is released to the enviroment.

5)Ash and slag are transportanted to teh ash pit via vibrating conveyours then disposed at Semakau Landfill.

6)The heat from the combustion process in used to generate steam.

7) The Central Control Room acts as teh nerve centre of the Plant. The people there will monitored and controlled and take good care and observed well for 24/7 hours through the process Control System(PCS)
